Earliest shift: 8am Latest Shift 8pm Must be willing to work weekdays, weekends, holidays , and sometimes evenings. The Employment Specialist will perform personnel andsupport duties for the Director of Human Resources & Human Resources Operations. This position requires a high level ofconfidentiality and quality work. Assistsin performing interviews and hiring applicants for level 1 - 5 positions. Performs clerical and personnel duties. All HRduties include Bavarian Inn Lodge, River Place, Cass River, and affiliated GiftShop locations. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma orequivalent. Pursuit or completion ofdegree in Human Resources field and/or experience in Human Resources relatedposition. Strong interpersonal andcommunication skills. Neat Appearance and friendlydisposition. Proficient with Windows basedoffice software including the use of Excel. Continues to further educationby seminars, books, and classes. Must be willing and able to assist with Banquet clearing for Mother's Day, Easter, and Thanksgiving. Ability to receive all required certifications for position.
