We are seeking a hands-on Resort Manager to lead our Maui operations serving owners and guests at four properties located along the Kaanapali and Kahana corridor as well as Kihei. The properties include Papakea, Hololani, Kihei Kai Nani and Kauhale Makai. You will lead a team of five and be responsible for driving operational excellence, elevating owner and guest satisfaction, delivering financial performance while building an exceptional workplace culture.This opportunity is ideal for a strong hospitality operations leader who has worked their way up in hotel, resort, timeshare, or vacation ownership environments and is ready for full property accountability.What You Will Do:Lead, coach, and develop a strong cross functional teamDirect daily operations across Front Desk, Housekeeping, Laundry, and MaintenanceChampion a warm, welcoming, guest-first service cultureMaintain exceptional standards for quality, safety, and service deliveryDrive revenue, cost control, and operational efficiencyAnalyze operational metrics and implement continuous improvement initiativesPartner with regional leadership on financial planning, budgeting, and performance goalsEnsure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and best practicesOrder and maintain inventory of all supplies and equipmentOversee capital improvements, property enhancements, and long-term planning initiativesCoordinate projects between corporate entities, on site property management, contractors and guestsRepresent the resort with professionalism and accountability in all interactions with owners, guests, vendors, and partners.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
