About the job Office Administrator DESCRIPTION: If you have a background in Accounting, are familiar with quickbooks, and you're good on the phone this job is for you. We need someone who is passionate about the fire service and can work in our Remus, MI office. This person will do a little bit of everything including: Answering phones Working with our Sales Executives to build quotes Be responsible for creating orders of goods from our suppliers Creating and organizing our accounts receivable invoices and following up with our clients clients Scheduling and calendar administration for our VP of sales YOUR BACKGROUND SHOULD INCLUDE: Quickbooks and general accounting MS Office including Excel Answering phones and taking customer calls Inventory ordering OTHER IMPORTANT FACTORS: You're a self starter - You enjoy coming to work and getting the things done that need to be done, with minimal supervision or oversight You're a decision maker, and know how to think critically You're a good communicator. You do your job well, and loop in your supervisor where necessary. WHAT DO WE PROVIDE?
