We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support one of our real estate clients in Roswell, Ga. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative, communication, and organizational skills and be comfortable managing a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. This role ensures smooth daily operations through document support, data management, reporting, and coordination of various business activities. Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative & Broker Support Provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple brokers, including typing, filing, scheduling, and handling phone inquiries. Prepare, format, and edit documents, correspondence, and reports using DocuSign and other business tools. Serve as a professional point of contact for internal and external communications. Contract & Document Management Maintain accurate and up-to-date hard copy and digital files for all real estate contracts. Initiate and process contractual changes as requested. Prepare commission vouchers, property comparison charts, and related documentation. Reporting & Data Management Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for clients as required. Generate property and tenant reports using subscription research tools such as CoStar and related databases. Project & Marketing Support Assist with special projects including large-scale mailings, proposals, presentations, and marketing materials. Coordinate and support team initiatives to ensure timely project completion. Additional Duties Willingness to learn specialized real estate software and internal systems as needed. Perform reception duties, mailroom support, and other office tasks as assigned. Provide reliable backup assistance to team members as required. Required Qualifications 1-3 years of administrative or office support experience; real estate industry experience a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail. Comfortable working with databases, reporting systems, and online software tools. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Preferred Skills Experience with DocuSign, CoStar, or other real estate platforms. Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data-driven reports. Familiarity with commercial real estate terminology (helpful but not required). Professional demeanor and customer service orientation.
