Position: Pizza Crew Member Job Summary: Join our exciting team and play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences! As a Pizza Crew Member, you will report to the Restaurant General Manager, Assistant Restaurant General Manager, or KHM on Duty. Help us bring joy to our customers every single day! Pay Rate (If Applicable): Duties/Responsibilities: Thoroughly learn and master your role by engaging in our comprehensive training programs. Always put customer satisfaction first. Help create a vibrant and positive restaurant culture (Live Life Unboxed!). Adhere to the Pizza Hut Service Principles for a consistent and high-quality experience. Deliver quick service and delicious food with a friendly smile. Aim for outstanding customer satisfaction results. Follow all safety protocols and brand standards to ensure a clean and safe environment. Carry out daily cleaning tasks and assist with side work as needed. Provide top-notch customer service over the phone. Assist in dishwashing and overall kitchen cleanliness. Help with food prep to ensure that we are always ready for our customers. Follow company policies and exhibit ethical conduct at all times. Embrace our core values and contribute to our mission and vision daily. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support team goals. Training/Requirements: Become an expert in customer service! Show genuine enthusiasm for helping customers.
