This pivotal role reports to the SPY-6 Production Array Program Manager and oversees the array build, integration, and testing processes. You will be accountable for ensuring timely delivery of equipment within budget, focusing on array build integration, testing, and RHS assembly builds, including Mechanical Structures and RMA Chassis. Your leadership will be crucial in removing barriers and defining solutions that bolster the Production IPT and program success. This position is located at our facilities in Tewksbury, MA. Key Responsibilities: Foster a positive and engaging culture that attracts top talent. Lead cross-functional teams in supply chain, operations, engineering, quality, testing, and logistics within the Production IPT to minimize risk and ensure continuous array production and compliant hardware delivery to the Navy. Collaborate with the SPY-6 Chief Engineer for technical oversight of Array scope, including TDP change reviews and planning for Array Production Testing and FAIs. Lead discussions on Array build and integration issues through MLAs/RFVs/MRBs. Be accountable for production scope, ensuring alignment of product EACs with SOW definitions, contract values, and program management. Work closely with customer counterparts to understand project status, schedules, priorities, and objectives. Assist in supplier management in coordination with the supply chain team. Oversee engineering staffing across the Production IPT. Create and deliver presentations at program management reviews (PMRs), staffing reviews, and decision reviews to meet contract commitments. Exhibit strong communication, influence management, and presentation skills, engaging with stakeholders at all levels of leadership. Support the program risk and opportunity management process aligned with financial goals. Travel to support supplier reviews and programmatic meetings. Required Qualifications: A degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. Prior IPTL experience. Experience using financial management and analysis tools. Experience in low-rate initial production (LRIP) or full-rate production, ideally within the aerospace and defense sector. Experience engaging with internal leadership, customers, partners, and subcontractors. An active and transferable Secret U.S. government issued security clearance with the ability to obtain special program access prior to start. Preferred Qualifications: Experience as an IPT lead with substantial interaction with Operations and Supply Chain. Familiarity with production processes of SPY-6 Systems. A Master’s Degree from an accredited institution. Raytheon PM Certification Level 6 (or equivalent) or ability to obtain within a year. Proven program execution experience managing staffing, assignments, and resources within cross-functional teams in an IPT structure. Previous functional leadership experience. Experience managing a program or IPT with annual sales over $50 million. Experience interacting with Navy and/or International customers.
