As a Transactions Specialist II in the Plastics Warehouse, your primary responsibilities will include coordinating, reviewing, and producing files from Retail and Credit lines of business for mail distribution; offering clients services such as First Class, Standard Class, USPS Express, USPS International Express, and UPS presentment; and providing daily reconciliation and validation of all files received to ensure compliance with client service level agreements. Job Responsibilities Prepare materials, insert and perform quality checks on materials within our department Complete all required documents for our processes Manage the UPS/USPS shipments in our department Process exception requests received such as Pull & Destroy Lift and move mail trays weighing up to 50 pounds Work in all areas/departments of production as needed and contributing to meeting team goals Make judgment calls regarding routine duties, but refer non-routine situations to a supervisor and/or manager Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities Ability to lift 40-70lbs and deliver 200 lbs. supplies utilizing industrial pull/push carts Must be able to work overtime, as production demands Must be able to stand/walk for an 8 to 10 hour shift Must be able to meet and maintain Quality and Productivity standards Must be able to adapt to a change in the work environment, included, but not limited to: daily directives from leadership, changes to standard operating procedures, and new technology Must be team-oriented, with solid interpersonal skills Able to maintain daily positive internal and external interactions, building upon team-driven success Able to prioritize assigned work daily based on client Service Level Agreements Willing to participate and maintain departmental work area maintenance (5S) Work Schedule: Sunday - Thursday 1:00pm - 9:30pm This position may require you to work non-traditional hours and/or additional hours as business needs arise.
