Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Chase Memorial is seeking dedicated and experienced RN Supervisors to join our leadership team across multiple shifts. These roles provide clinical leadership, ensure efficient daily operations, and support high-quality resident care in our long-term care community. This role includes participation in weekly wound rounds and provides direct support to nursing leadership and staff. Evening Shift RN Supervisor The Evening Shift RN Supervisor oversees nursing staff during the evening hours, ensuring smooth operations, regulatory compliance, and high-quality resident care. This role supports nursing leadership and assists with clinical and operational tasks as needed. Weekend Only RN Supervisor The Weekend Only RN Supervisor oversees nursing staff on weekend shifts, ensuring continuity of care and efficient daily operations. This role supports nursing leadership and assists with clinical and operational responsibilities as required. Key Responsibilities (All Shifts): Supervise and support nursing staff Ensure daily operations are completed efficiently and in compliance with regulations Serve as a clinical resource to staff Assist with clinical and operational tasks as needed Participate in the on-call rotation (as applicable)
