Bosco SF is seeking a focused, experienced Expeditor to join our team. This role is essential to maintaining the quality, pace, and consistency of service in a high-volume, ingredient-driven Italian kitchen. This is a part-time position, Bosco is open Tuesday-Saturday, for dinner service only. About the Role: The Expeditor is the bridge between BOH and FOH, ensuring every dish leaving the pass meets Bosco’s standards for execution, timing, and presentation.
