This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to manage and oversee all aspects of our logistics operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategizing, implementing, and managing processes related to supply chain, warehouse, shipping, and receiving operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with a firm grasp of logistics software and a proven track record in operations management. Responsibilities: As a Logistics Supervisor, you will: 1. Oversee and manage all logistics operations including warehouse, shipping, and receiving functions. 2. Implement and maintain best practices in logistics processes and delivery methods. 3. Utilize logistics IT systems to optimize procedures and create efficiency. 4. Supervise and lead logistics staff, promoting a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement. 5. Monitor and manage inventory, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in order fulfilment. 6. Develop and implement logistics strategies and processes to improve customer service and cost efficiency. 7. Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth operations. 8. Manage and resolve any logistics-related issues or discrepancies. 9. Prepare and present reports on logistics performance and progress. 10. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Qualifications: To be considered for this role, you must have: 1. A Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain roles, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity. 3. Strong understanding of logistics software (e.g., WMS, TMS, ERP systems). 4. Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. 5. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. 6. Extensive experience in warehouse management, fulfillment, receiving, shipping, and operations management. 7. Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on promoting a positive work environment. 8. Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to resolve complex logistical issues. 9. A strong commitment to customer service and quality control. 10.
