Snapshot / Role Overview We're seeking an Electrical Project Manager in Dickinson, ND to oversee commercial and industrial electrical projects from preconstruction through closeout. Impact • Deliver complex electrical systems on time and within budget for mission-critical facilities • Lead jobsite teams to maintain safety excellence and quality standards • Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving • Drive operational efficiency by implementing best practices across project portfolios Responsibilities • Manage all phases of electrical construction projects valued up to $10M • Coordinate with general contractors, engineers, and trade partners throughout project lifecycle • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans • Lead weekly progress meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders • Review submittals, RFIs, and change orders for accuracy and compliance • Oversee field supervision staff and subcontractor performance • Ensure adherence to NEC codes, OSHA regulations, and company safety policies • Negotiate contract terms and manage procurement of materials and equipment • Conduct final inspections and coordinate commissioning activities Requirements Must-Haves • 5+ years of electrical project management experience in commercial or industrial settings • Strong knowledge of NEC codes, electrical systems design, and construction methods • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines • Excellent leadership and team coordination skills • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite Nice-to-Haves • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field • Professional Engineer (PE) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification • Experience with design-build or fast-track project delivery methods • Background in data centers, healthcare, or energy sector projects Call to Action If you're ready to advance your career in mechanical construction, apply today or connect with us to learn more.
