A fast-paced, natural and gluten free wholesale bakery and food manufacturing facility is seeking a dedicated Quality Manager to ensure our continued excellence. This critical leadership role requires a proven expert to take ownership of our quality and food safety systems. Benefits : 401k matching Two weeks vacation. Health insurance 80% paid by the company salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM education: Associate Responsibilities The SQF practitioner position will be responsible for all aspects of Quality Assurance and SQF compliance. Develop, review, update, and maintain all SQF processes and procedures toensure compliance with FDA and SQF standards and certifications Facilitate training to employees on job responsibilities as they relate to SQFstandards Serve as primary contact for certifying body Develop and coordinate training sessions to support SQF certification Develop, schedule, and perform internal audits frequently Maintain all Q.A. files Maintain and update policies and manufacturing operations and practicesas required to support SQF compliance Coach, counsel, and train Associates Collaborate with managers to enforce systems, policies, and proceduresrelated to SQF requirements The essential functions of this role include: wearing steel toe shoes working in a non-temperature controlled environment manual lifting up to 50lbs standing for 6 hours at one time Skills Quality Assurance Production Control Providing Feedback Blueprints Food Manufacturing (5 years of experience is preferred) Testing Training Qualifications Years of experience: 5 years Experience level: Experienced Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
