Job Description About the Role We are seeking a dedicated Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our fast-paced, dynamic team. As an ER RN, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care . This is a great opportunity for nurses who enjoy variety, challenge, and professional growth . Key Responsibilities Assess, triage, and monitor patients presenting with urgent and emergent medical conditions. Administer medications, IV therapy, and emergency interventions. Collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and support staff to deliver effective patient care. Perform clinical procedures such as wound care, splinting, and monitoring of cardiac/respiratory status. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR). Provide patient and family education as needed. Respond to emergency situations including codes, trauma, and rapid response events. Qualifications Current RN license BLS / ACLS certification required Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
