Strong heavy-duty repair shop experience is preferred. About the Role: The Service Writer is responsible for communicating estimates, scheduling, and work details to customers. This role requires a solid mechanical understanding of trucks and trailers and the ability to clearly and confidently explain repairs performed. You'll also provide administrative support, including preparing reports, handling information requests, preparing correspondence, assisting customers, filing documentation, and processing customer accounts.
