Project Scope: • Pega LSA - Pega Lead System Architect • Manager leads the collections unit, they use Pega to decide how to reach out to customers to collect payment. • Pega decides if they want to use automated phone call, text, email, voicemail etc. o Data comes from and Oracle data base, o SQL is used to pull it and ingest into Pega o Python is used to write validation scripts that interact with Pega to help it make its decisions o Airflow is used to schedule those scripts Team Size & Breakdown: • 4 developers o 1 senior o 3 jr/mid High-Level Individual Duties: • 75% design, business translations, and helping the team do design work o working with business to design features etc • 25% hands on o This person should have strong technical experience as a Pega developer Must-Haves (Concepts & Tools): • Python • SQL • Past Pega Dev experience • 5-7 years What Will Win: • Airflow • Pega LSA Cert
