Financial ControllerOur Best Life Companies | Healthcare & Dental Practice Management Full-Time OBL is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Controller to oversee the company's accounting operations and financial reporting. OBL Management supports a growing network of dental and healthcare practices, providing operational, financial, and strategic management to help practices succeed. The Controller will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, improving financial systems, and supporting leadership with timely financial reporting and analysis. About OBL Management OBL is the management organization supporting modern dental practices with strong clinical teams, advanced technology, and patient-centered care. As our organization continues to grow, we are looking for a Controller who can strengthen our financial infrastructure and help support operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll coordination Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Manage the month-end and year-end close process Develop and maintain budgets and financial forecasts Monitor cash flow and financial performance across multiple practices Implement and maintain internal controls and financial policies Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and reporting requirements Work closely with executive leadership to provide financial insights and performance analysis Support audits, tax preparation, and external financial reporting Help improve financial systems and processes as the organization grows Qualifications 5-10+ years of accounting or financial management experience Experience as a Controller, Accounting Manager, or Senior Accountant Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting Experience working with multi-location businesses, healthcare, or dental organizations preferred Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills CPA preferred but not required What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits Opportunity to work with a growing healthcare organization Collaborative leadership team Ability to help build scalable financial systems Location Position will be a hybrid with 2-3 days in office.
