Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Salem, ORSalem Health is seeking a full-time CRNA to join our collaborative anesthesia team at Salem Hospital. This is a rare opportunity to practice in a team-based environment with anesthesiologists and fellow CRNAs while enjoying a 4-day work week with no call. Providers practice in a high-acuity setting supporting a Level II Trauma Center and a busy surgical program, with exposure to a diverse case mix across multiple specialties.What You ll DoProvide anesthesia care for trauma, general surgery, neurosurgery, orthopedics, pediatrics, cardiothoracic, vascular, and other surgical servicesConduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop anesthetic plansAdminister and monitor anesthesia, ensuring patient safety and comfortCollaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nurses, and perioperative staff for coordinated careDocument anesthesia care and clinical activities in the electronic medical recordRequired QualificationsGraduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia programCurrent, unrestricted Oregon CRNA license (or eligible prior to start)Certification through the NBCRNACurrent ACLS and PALS certificationsCompetency with at least 500 anesthetics within the past 24 monthsMinimum of two years acute care surgical experience as a CRNA; independent practice experience preferredCompensation & BenefitsGuaranteed base salary of $313,790Up to $15,000 start bonusUp to $30,000 educational loan repayment assistanceRelocation assistance$4,000 annual CME allowanceEight weeks PTOPublic Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible employerWhy Salem HealthSalem Health is a Top Workplace in Oregon, known for a supportive culture where your contributions matter.
