Job Description As a Restaurant Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the team and ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service orientation, enabling them to respond effectively to customer needs. You will be proactive, assisting managers with various tasks necessary to maintain our facilities and uphold our commitment to quality and service excellence. Pay Rates Starting between: $16.50 - $27.14 / hour Qualifications Prior experience in restaurant operations or a strong understanding of the field. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to foster a customer-focused environment. Proficiency in using a calculator, computer, and other technical equipment. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and engage effectively with various stakeholders including team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives. Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Completion of a background check is required.
