Collaborate on a team with fellow technicians to complete projects efficiently. Provide attic and crawlspace services, including encapsulation and insulation. Perform light carpentry work. Communicate clearly and effectively with customers. Maintain company equipment and complete reports using a handheld device. Qualifications: Candidates with experience in construction, roofing, HVAC, or maintenance are preferred. A strong work ethic and dedication to customer service. A team player with a positive, professional attitude. Ability to work independently and manage a daily schedule. Comfortable working in diverse weather conditions, confined spaces, and at heights. Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience using a metal brake to shape metal components. Valid driver’s license and good driving record. Ability to obtain a state pesticide license within 90 days (company-paid training). Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work safely in attics or crawlspaces.
