Experience & Skills Required 2+ years of experience in client account management within digital media, with expertise in paid search, social, and display. Strong understanding of digital marketing disciplines. Proven track record of leading large accounts and delivering exceptional client service. Adept at navigating complex organizational structures and fostering collaboration across teams. Comfortable with ambiguity and skilled in creative problem-solving and critical thinking. Excellent communication skills with a capacity to adapt to various personalities and work styles. Experience in developing marketing strategies and the ability to present these strategies effectively to clients. Highly motivated, organized, and results-oriented individual. Experience in managing retainers, forecasting revenue, and aligning deliverables to financial objectives.
