Join Our Team as a Residential Property Inspector! Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for real estate? At House Buyers of America, we are seeking a motivated Residential Property Inspector to perform due diligence inspections on properties we acquire. In this exciting and dynamic role, you will also provide valuable support to our construction and settlement teams. Your Responsibilities: Conduct thorough inspections to assess property conditions and identify necessary repairs. Prepare detailed reports documenting findings and capturing photographs of properties. Assist the construction and settlement teams with on-site tasks. Verify completion of punch-out items and take comprehensive photos throughout the construction process. Inspect homes daily to ensure continuous progress. Install and remove lockboxes and other marketing materials. Deliver essential equipment to properties as needed. Your Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree or higher is required. Strong communication and computer skills are essential for success in this role. Licensed Home Inspector certification in MD, DC, or VA is preferred, but not necessary.
