You will utilize your extensive knowledge of automotive systems and sales processes to provide exceptional assistance to our customers. Key Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding service to DIY customers, enhancing their shopping experience. Consistently achieve and surpass personal and store sales objectives. Manage DIY services like battery installation and testing. Uphold high standards of customer service and ensure a tidy store atmosphere. Execute responsibilities as a key holder, including task delegation and store opening/closing duties. Additional Responsibilities: Support inventory management processes, such as put-away and cycle counts. Maintain cleanliness throughout the store. Provide hands-on DIY services when needed. What You Offer: Excellent communication skills, both friendly and effective. Ability to accurately locate and stock parts. Strong understanding of safety protocols.
