Your role will involve assisting residents with daily living activities monitoring their health status, and ensuring their comfort and well-being. Duties: Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and groomingMonitor residents' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staffProvide emotional support and companionship to residentsMaintain a clean and safe environment for residentsFollow all HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentialityCollaborate with the nursing team to create individualized care plansAssist with phlebotomy procedures as neededWork in various settings such as assisted living, outpatient clinics, pediatrics, medical offices, emergency medicine, and home community care Experience: Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferredKnowledge of anatomy and medical terminologyFamiliarity with caring for individuals in different healthcare settingsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsCertification as a Nursing Assistant is a plus Job Types: Full time, Weekends Physical Setting: Long term careNursing homeRehabilitation center Experience: Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification CPR Certification (Preferred) Ability to commute: Toms River, NJ 08755 (Required) Ability to relocate: Toms River, NJ 08755 Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
