The Senior Data Analytics and Reporting Specialist will tackle complex issues, analyzing situations or data that necessitate a thorough evaluation of variable factors. As part of Humana's MarketPoint organization, the Senior Data Analytics and Reporting Specialist will significantly support the Change and Operations Team, enhancing our Learning and Development initiatives. Your responsibilities will include building, distributing, and continuously improving reports related to critical training and organizational effectiveness initiatives using system tools and database queries. You will be instrumental in developing comprehensive reporting strategies, measuring training effectiveness, and providing technical support for automation processes and internal tools. This role also involves driving organizational effectiveness by developing custom Power Apps and Power Automate workflows to simplify internal processes. You will enhance current training reports and lead projects that will significantly impact the future of training within MarketPoint. Core Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive reporting strategies in alignment with MarketPoint's Learning and Development goals. Serve as a consultant for reporting, analytics, and insights; collaborating with partner teams early in the training development phase to identify measurement strategies. Design and deliver regular and ad-hoc reports on learning and development initiatives, integrating data from various sources to support data-driven decisions. Maintain report forms, dashboards, and information resources, ensuring accurate and user-friendly data dissemination. Collaborate with stakeholders to create measurement frameworks, evaluate training program impacts, and identify areas for improvement. Utilize Your Skills to Make a Difference Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree. 5+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting. Proven experience analyzing data for a variety of business challenges and creating impactful data visualizations. Experience with complex data sets and data analysis in large organizations. Experience in a data warehousing environment. Proficient in Microsoft Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, Snowflake, SQL, Python, and SAS. Familiarity with the Kirkpatrick Model for assessing learning effectiveness. Strong verbal and written communication skills suitable for senior and executive leadership. Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities. Able to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and contribute to strategic initiatives. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of Waterfall and/or Agile Development Methodologies. Experience in learning and development, transforming training data into actionable insights. Familiarity with learning management systems such as Cornerstone OnDemand. Expertise in data mining, forecasting, simulation, and predictive modeling. Actual pay may vary based on location, skills, experience, and education. $73,400 - $100,100 per year This role is eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on individual and company performance.
