Key Responsibilities: Coach and develop Restaurant Managers, ensuring they effectively manage their restaurants and meet operational goals. Communicate company objectives to Restaurant Managers and coordinate efforts to achieve them. Create a sense of urgency in guest satisfaction, addressing needs proactively. Implement and oversee comprehensive reporting systems to ensure compliance with all regulations. Identify and resolve operational issues promptly, fostering a culture of accountability. Execute marketing initiatives and monitor competition to seize business opportunities. Uphold compliance with all labor laws and regulations. This role offers flexible hours, but availability for all shifts, including weekends and holidays, is a must. Key Competencies Required: Minimum of five years’ leadership experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality management Strong understanding of financial management and performance metrics Exceptional organizational and communication skills Integrity and a positive influence within the team Ability to recruit and develop leadership talent Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities Employment offers are subject to a comprehensive background check for all final candidates.
