Description & Requirements Join Maximus as a motivated Data Reporting Analyst to support the General Services Administration in a vibrant contact center servicing various federal agencies. In this role, you'll be essential in generating insightful reports and interactive dashboards that enable our operational leaders to make strategic decisions. Responsibilities include producing daily client reports and executing ad hoc analyses to uncover crucial trends and data patterns. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to create an ideal work environment from home. Important Notice: This position is contingent upon contract award. Candidates must successfully pass a federal background check. Necessary equipment will be provided, assuming it meets the remote position criteria listed below. Home Office Requirements: Internet speed of 25 Mbps or higher; 50 Mbps required for shared connections. Minimum upload speed of 5 Mbps. Internet connection must be wired via Category 5 or 6 Ethernet cable to the router. A private, secure workspace with a dependable power supply. Candidate must permanently reside in the continental US. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee database administration, data consolidation, analysis, and reporting for management. Design reports tailored to stakeholder needs to drive key business strategies. Perform data queries, extraction, manipulation, and analysis to create effective reporting solutions. Monitor customer usage, enhancements, and reporting tools, ensuring security compliance. Create user guides and provide training on database report usage as necessary. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with at least 3 years of professional experience, or equivalent education and experience. U.S. Citizenship and the ability to pass a security clearance. A minimum of 2 years of experience in data analytics within a call center environment. Experience with Microsoft Power Platform is preferred. Familiarity with MicroStrategy is a plus. Highly adaptable to new technologies. Exceptional attention to detail, strong critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Tools & Technologies: SKPI / MicroStrategy for performance metrics and KPI monitoring. Amazon Connect as a Contact Center Telephony Platform. Microsoft Excel for standard spreadsheet tasks. Power BI for data visualization and dashboard creation.
