eCommerce Manager - Hybrid 3x a Week - Huntington Park, CA. This is an opportunity to join an LA Based fashion brand as they build out their digital department. The role would focus on CRO and enhancing the Shopify website. You would also manage a small team and be responsible for pushing best in class execution. We are looking for an individual with experience in the fashion space who can also be hands on with UI/UX work. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the Shopify website, including page updates, promotional launches, apps and integrations Track site performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve user experience. Lead CRO efforts including developing and executing A/B tests and personalization strategies Translate campaign and merchandising priorities into structured site implementation plans with clear timelines. Assist in the rollout of new digital features and improvements that enhance the shopping experience and support growth initiatives. Collaborate with retail and wholesale teams to ensure a consistent omnichannel customer experience across online and offline channels. Candidate Profile Strong knowledge of Shopify Proven experience of improving CRO Google Analytics (GA4), Shopify reporting, and conversion funnel analysis.
