Outpatient Physical TherapistLocation: Watsonville, CAJob type: Full-time, Outpatient clinic (adult).Shift: Full time.Responsibilities:Evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with physical limitations or impairments.Develop and implement physical therapy programs that focus on rehabilitationWork directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recoveryEducate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and home exercise programs.Evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients' progressMaintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting treatment plans, progress, and any changes in status.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive patient care.12 - 14 patients/day.Management of PTA & aides, 1- 2 at most.Benefit of leadership skills without additional administrative responsibilities.
