Job Description

About Stitch PEO Stitch PEO is a modern Professional Employer Organization built for independent medical practices. We exist to take the administrative chaos off our clients’ plates so they can focus on what matters most: delivering exceptional patient care. We are building something different. Stitch is intentionally lean, fast-moving, and growth-oriented. We believe great companies are built by people who take ownership, think creatively, and aren’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. If you’re excited by the idea of helping build systems, shaping how work gets done, and growing alongside the business, you’ll feel at home here. About the Role We’re hiring a Benefits Administrator – Growth & Implementation to help build and scale our benefits operations. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to operate inside PrismHR with confidence. You’ll support benefits implementations, manage ongoing benefits administration, and help turn messy, manual processes into clean, repeatable workflows. You’ll work closely with Client Success, Operations, and Sales, but this is not a quota-carrying sales role. This role includes equity because we expect ownership—thinking ahead, solving problems, improving systems, and treating the business like it’s yours—because part of it is. What You’ll Do Benefits Administration & Implementation • Support new client benefits implementations from quote through enrollment and launch • Manage employee eligibility, enrollments, changes, and terminations within PrismHR • Maintain accurate benefits data and configurations in PrismHR • Coordinate with carriers, brokers, and vendors to ensure accurate setup and ongoing administration • Support open enrollment planning, execution, and employee communications • Assist with carrier billing review and discrepancy resolution Client & Internal Support • Serve as a knowledgeable benefits resource for internal teams and client contacts • Help explain benefit options, enrollment processes, and timelines clearly • Support escalations related to enrollments, coverage issues, or system discrepancies Process Building & Improvement • Help document and improve benefits workflows, SOPs, and PrismHR processes • Identify recurring issues and recommend scalable solutions • Partner with Operations to improve data accuracy and system efficiency Growth Exposure (Non-Quota) • Partner with Sales, Operations, and Client Success on benefits-related support • Assist with quoting, renewals, and benefit plan comparisons What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days) • Confidently manage benefits administration tasks within PrismHR • Support successful client benefit launches with minimal errors • Maintain clean, accurate benefits data across systems • Contribute to clearer documentation and more repeatable benefits processes • Demonstrate ownership by identifying issues and proactively fixing them What We’re Looking For Required • 3–6 years of experience in benefits administration, brokerage support, PEO, or HR operations • Strong, hands-on experience using PrismHR for benefits administration • Experience managing enrollments, eligibility, and ongoing benefits changes • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines • Comfort operating in ambiguity and solving problems independently • Clear written and verbal communication skills Nice to Have • Experience supporting healthcare or medical practice clients • Exposure to open enrollment project management • Active health insurance license or willingness to pursue one This Role Is a Great Fit If You… • Want more ownership than a traditional benefits admin role offers • Are confident working inside PrismHR and improving how it’s used • Enjoy building structure where little exists • Like solving problems and improving systems • Are early-to-mid career and hungry to grow This Role Is Not a Good Fit If You… • Need highly structured, mature processes to succeed • Want a narrow, repetitive admin role with little change • Are seeking senior leadership or a quota-carrying sales role • Prefer to avoid ambiguity or decision-making Why Stitch • Equity included to reward ownership and long-term impact • Opportunity to help shape and scale a core business function • Growth path into senior benefits or operations leadership over time • Remote-first, people-first culture focused on accountability and trust
