We are looking for a Nurse to join our Community Health Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessing patient needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, administering medications, and monitoring patient progress. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a commitment to patient safety and comfort, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Provide primary care services to patients in a clinic setting. Assess and diagnose patients health problems and needs. Develop and implement patient care plans, including prescribing medications and treatments. Perform physical examinations and administer treatments, such as immunizations. Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention. Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to the treatment plan. Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
