SUMMARY: Join our dynamic team as a Senior Consultant specializing in Sage Intacct applications, particularly in the construction sector. In this role, you will manage new projects and provide support for Sage Intacct and its peripheral software, both remotely and at client sites. Your responsibilities will include testing for compatibility with third-party applications, conducting software implementations, migrating client data, and delivering training sessions. You will be a key resource for clients, answering their inquiries and resolving technical issues while maintaining a high level of customer service. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide expertise and support for Sage Intacct software tailored to the construction industry, troubleshooting issues, and recommending program changes. Plan and execute software implementations and training sessions, verifying application compatibility with third-party products. Assist in designing ongoing data imports and exports and create custom reports using various Intacct reporting tools. Collaborate with the sales team to demonstrate product features that meet prospective clients' business needs and identify additional sales opportunities. Contribute positively to team dynamics and perform other related duties as assigned. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree (BA) or equivalent experience in a related field. Sage Intacct Implementer Certification and relevant construction software certifications are required. Proficiency in Sage Intacct Accounting Software, Microsoft Office, and understanding of SaaS environments. Other skills required: Strong background in construction accounting and project costing. Ability to analyze complex technical problems and implement effective solutions. Skill in assessing and documenting client needs clearly. Effective project management capabilities to ensure timely completion of tasks. Capability to train users at all levels in various environments.
