Oversee food quality to ensure it meets our high standards 100% of the time. Qualifications: A motivated and energetic individual who brings enthusiasm to the workplace. A genuine passion for success, arriving early and staying late as needed. High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred. Proven organizational and business skills, with a record of maintaining confidentiality and integrity. Extensive experience delivering high-quality customer service in demanding environments. A strong team player with proactive and solution-driven thinking. Exceptional multi-tasking abilities with a keen attention to detail. At least one year of experience in a Shift Supervisor role or higher within a restaurant setting.
