Your Role The Learning Resource Coordinator is essential in evaluating, integrating, and optimizing learning resources that enhance our academic offerings. Partnering with faculty, Academic Teams, Learning Science and Assessment, IT Services, and external vendors, you will guarantee that resources are accessible, scalable, cost-effective, and in line with curriculum needs. In this role, you will manage vendor relationships, facilitate LMS integration, analyze adoption and usage trends, and enhance course delivery processes for improved operational efficiency. A strong background in educational technology and collaborative spirit are essential to elevate the student learning experience. As the main point of contact between the university and third-party academic vendors, you will cultivate and maintain vital relationships that contribute to our success. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate learning resources aligned with program competencies. Collaborate with academic teams to identify and recommend resources and products. Manage vendor relationships to enhance the student experience in line with institutional goals. Ensure accurate access to learning resources and maintain Resource Support Documentation. Provide troubleshooting support for digital courseware issues faced by staff, faculty, and students. Analyze data related to learning resources to identify trends and insights. Engage with internal and external partners, working with academic leadership and teams for project advancements. Coordinate various projects associated with learning resources, including planning and implementation. Keep stakeholders updated on project progress and promptly resolve any issues. Foster strong relationships with all relevant entities to enhance the student experience. Assist with resolving access issues for students and staff. Minimum Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in higher education, customer service, data entry, or a technology-related field. Proficient in digital navigation, data entry, and quality assurance. Compensation The salary range for this position is $48,301.00 - $77,296.00, with a target hiring salary of $53,373.00 - $72,210.00, based on qualifications and experience.
