What You’ll Do (Responsibilities): As a Culinary Team Specialist, you will be vital in our kitchen, ensuring we achieve the culinary excellence our guests expect. Collaborate with talented professionals to prepare and cook menu items in line with our recipes and quality standards. Keep your prep area clean and organized while monitoring inventory needs. Adhere to stringent food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure every dish meets our high expectations. What You’ll Bring (Requirements): Preferred: a minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume kitchen. Must be at least 18 years old. A High School Diploma or GED is required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred. Experience with POS systems is essential. Current alcohol and food certifications compliant with state requirements. Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish with team members. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Strong leadership and positive conflict-resolution skills. Thorough knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety standards, and a passion for creating delicious and aesthetically pleasing dishes. Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and organization. Excellent communication skills to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
