Overview: $16.68/ HR As a team member apart of the Food and Beverage team you will get to serve our guests a delicious meal while maintaining a friendly and clean work environment. Responsibilities: - Create positive interactions with Guests and Team Members, promote a friendly environment, and attend to guests' needs in a proactive manner - Prepare and cook food - Uphold stand cleanliness and safety procedures - Interact with guests and other team members - Serve guests in a friendly and swift manner - Operate a POS terminal - Perform a variety of daily functions such as: stand set up, cleaning, restocking, organizing, and nightly cleaning - Maintain Six Flags' Mantra (Friendly-Clean-Fast-Safe Service) - Display ability to work as part of a team or individually in a standBecome a Six Flags team member and get FREE park entry! Interested?Qualifications: - Minimum Age: 15 - Maintain regular and punctual attendance - Must have or be able to get Hepatitis A vaccinations - Good oral communication skills - Must be able to work in a fast paced environment - Must have or be able to obtain ServSafe Alcohol Certification (Company provided, only required for 21+) - Comfortable working around guests and operate within a diverse community - Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays - Must be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions - Must be professional, self-motivated, follow directions, and possess the ability to multi-task in various locations - Must have strong teamwork skills and the ability to work with others - Must be able to adhere to all park policies, procedures, and grooming guidelines - Must be able to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods of time - Must be able to lift up to 50lbs - Must be comfortable working around guests and within a diverse community - Must be outgoing, polite, courteous, and maintain a positive attitude
