We are hiring a Nurse Practitioner to deliver and help grow our medical-grade wellness services, including IV hydration and vitamin therapy, vitamin injections, NAD+ protocols, peptides, and aesthetic injectables (Botox). This role is ideal for an NP who already has hands-on experience in IV therapy and injections and wants a consistent, part-time schedule in a premium studio environment. Schedule: Part-time with a predefined, recurring schedule (set days and times) All appointments are managed through the Solterra booking platform Compensation & Studio Perks Commission-based compensation: paid as a percentage of each completed service fee collected (not hourly, not salary) Professional tools and clinical supplies provided by Solterra (role-dependent) Built-in client demand through Solterra membership, studio traffic, and marketing support Provider perks: complimentary fitness classes, discounts on Solterra memberships, retail, coffee, and juice bar Collaborative environment with Pilates, yoga, recovery, and wellness providers What You Will Do Deliver services within scope and training, including: IV vitamin and hydration therapy Vitamin injections / wellness shots NAD+ protocols Peptide protocols (as permitted within your scope/training and applicable regulations) Aesthetic injections (Botox) Conduct consultations, assess candidacy, obtain informed consent, and educate clients on outcomes and aftercare Maintain excellent documentation, sanitation, and clinical standards Operate in compliance with Ohio requirements and Solterra protocols, including working within a Medical Director relationship as required Contribute feedback on service menu, protocols, client experience, and operational flow Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable) Active Ohio Nurse Practitioner license (this role is not for RN/LPN) Current, documented training and recent hands-on experience in: IV therapy and vascular access Injections (vitamin shots and injectables); Botox experience required if you will perform Botox services Ability to work under a collaborating Medical Director arrangement Current CPR/BLS (and any additional credentials required for your practice model) High attention to detail, strong client communication, and a safety-first clinical mindset Preferred Qualifications Med spa, wellness clinic, or concierge medicine background Experience with NAD+ infusions and peptide protocols Existing book of clients or local reputation is a plus (not required) Location: Polaris, OH (Galaxy at Polaris) Target Opening: Spring 2026 (timing dependent on final build-out and permitting) To apply, include: Resume Brief summary of your IV/injectables experience (years, settings, approximate volume) Certifications/trainings relevant to IV therapy and Botox/injectables
