Responsibilities: Assist with day coverage for the hospitalist group Provide high-quality patient care in a hospital setting Qualifications: Licensure in the state of Illinois Certification by the ANCC as a Certified Nurse Practitioner or by the NCCPA as a Certified Physician Assistant Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently Excellent communication and teamwork skills Experience in a hospitalist role is preferred, but not required Bonus: Potential for a performance-based bonus, subject to eligibility criteria and achievement of defined metrics. Details regarding bonus eligibility and performance goals will be provided during the interview process or upon hire.
