We are seeking a compassionate and adaptable Clinical Float Nurse licensed as an RN, LPN, or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join a dynamic healthcare team. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care across multiple departments in a supportive and collaborative environment within the Midwest region of the United States. Responsibilities Provide clinical support by floating between various departments as needed. Assist with patient assessments and develop care plans under nursing supervision. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Accurately document patient care in electronic medical records (EMR). Communicate effectively with patients and families about treatment options and care plans. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to meet patient needs. Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and care. Education Graduation from an accredited nursing school with current licensure as a Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, or Certified Medical Assistant eligible to practice in the Midwest region. Experience and Requirements Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks efficiently. Strong independent work ethic, creativity, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. Excellent communication and customer service skills, including the ability to calm and support distressed or agitated patients and their families. Compliance with all federal, state, and professional licensure and regulatory training requirements.
