This role involves providing comprehensive, patient-centered care to individuals across all age groups-from infants to geriatric patients. The RN will apply the full nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to deliver high-quality, cost-effective, and culturally sensitive care.
