Telephonic Nurse Case Manager (RN) Innovative Claims Strategies LLC is a Piscataway NJ based national medical cost containment service provider to the Workers' Compensation, Auto, and Liability markets. We are currently looking for experienced professional to join our staff. ICS has full time positions available for a Registered Nurse with a strong background in telephonic case management in a workers' compensation or disability management environment. This position will be conducted from a home-based office with all necessary hardware and software supplied by ICS. Having a compact RN License is highly desirable. Responsibilities include medical management of on duty injuries through telephonic interactions with all interested parties. Will assess, plan, implement, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate options and services that meet an injured worker's health and return-to-work needs. ICS provides an effective tool for managing the coordination of medical care and meeting full recovery and RTW objectives. Our multi-level telephonic Nurse Case Management workflow is designed to ensure those injured on the job receive the best and most appropriate medical care until they are safely back to work or have reached Maximum Medical Improvement. A trusting, professional and positive relationship with the employee is made by each Nurse Case Manager while overseeing every aspect of their recovery. Using established medical protocols and best practice guidelines embedded in our case management technology, our Nurse Case Manager's assess the treatment plan, estimated disability duration and channel patients to best practice treatment providers. Excellent written and oral communications is essential and required. Knowledge of computer software application is helpful, but not essential.
