We pride ourselves on our team-oriented approach and client-centered focus, ensuring that each client receives personalized and effective care from our dedicated providers.Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic team of mental health professionals. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our team of therapists, counselors, and other mental health providers to deliver high-quality psychiatric care to our clients. This role involves conducting psychiatric evaluations, diagnosing, prescribing psychotropic medications, and contributing to a team-based approach to client care.Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Services: Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnose mental health conditions, and prescribe psychotropic medications to clients in accordance with company policies and llaborative Care: Work closely with therapists, counselors, and other mental health professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each clients needs.Documentation: Maintain thorough and accurate client records, including clinical diagnoses, treatment plans, progress reports, insurance forms, and billing documentation. Complete and sign all weekly progress notes within 24 hours of the client visit.Client Interaction: Meet with clients as scheduled by the Client Care Department to provide timely and effective psychiatric pliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical codes. Maintain and enhance the goodwill and reputation of Courser Lapo Therapeutic Wellness.Use of Resources: Utilize company-provided offices, equipment, voicemail, and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems exclusively for treating clients of Courser Lapo Therapeutic Wellness.Availability: Provide services during normal business hours as established by the company, with a commitment to at least 34 client-facing hours per week.Billing Support: Cooperate with the Billing Department to facilitate the timely submission of insurance claims and client billing. Execute necessary documentation to support billing and collections.QualificationsLicensure: Maintain a current and applicable clinical license issued by the Board of Nursing (BON).Experience: Previous experience in psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and prescribing medications is preferred.Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary pliance: Adherence to HIPAA regulations and other relevant federal and state pensation and BenefitsSalary: Dependent upon experience and licensure, paid in accordance with the standard payroll practices of the ntinuing Education Units (CEUs): Eligible for a stipend of up to $400 annually for CEUs needed for license renewal.Marketing and Office Materials: Company-provided marketing materials, office supplies, and documentation tools.Liability Insurance: Professional liability insurance coverage provided by the company.Health Insurance: Option to enroll in a health insurance plan with a portion of the cost covered by the company.
