Responsibilities Deliver high-quality care in both clinic and telehealth settings while meeting patient volume targets. Lead and guide clinic staff in providing exemplary patient care. Engage with medical history and symptoms to formulate accurate diagnoses. Collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure quality patient services. Maintain timely and accurate completion of patient charts. Order and interpret diagnostic tests, responsibly prescribe medications, and educate patients on treatment plans. Comply with all federally and state-mandated regulations and HIPAA standards. Welcome and support new employees, ensuring seamless integration into the team. Participate in mandatory training and compliance activities. Contribute ideas to enhance patient experiences and clinic operations. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Full-Time Employees are expected to work 12-hour shifts and alternate weekends. Additional Requirements New Grads are encouraged to apply; 1-2 years of experience in urgent care, family practice, or related fields preferred. Must hold an active license and DEA, with DOT certification obtained within 120 days of hire.
