Catalytic Solutions-where clinicians thrive, partners trust us, and healthcare staffing gets smarter. ### Exciting Opportunity for a Passionate Physical Therapist!Job Description:- Join a dynamic healthcare team in beautiful rural Kauai! - Unlock your potential with a diverse caseload, including: -Inpatient (25%): Acute, ICU, SNF -Outpatient (75%): Thriving outpatient PT clinic - Take the lead in: - Comprehensive evaluations and treatments - Implementing thorough care approaches for various diagnoses - Guiding mobility progression from acute to SNF and outpatient settings - Collaborating on discharge planning - Required to work in multiple areas: - ER, ICU, Med/Surg (Acute, Observation, and SNF) - Occasional duties in OB - Manage a full PT schedule with: - 30-45 minute sessions - 1-hour new evaluations - Flexibility to see between 5 and 15 patients daily - Work Schedule: - Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM - Lunch break from 12 PM to 1 PM - Must be available to work Saturdays with no exceptions - Certification/Requirements: - BLS/BCLS required - Minimum of 2 years of experience needed -Important: Must obtain Hawaii PT license ASAP ---Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
