As a valuable member of our healthcare team, your responsibilities will include: Medication Management: Administer medications, monitor vital signs, manage patient treatments, assist in medical procedures, and coordinate comprehensive care plans. TB Screening: Conduct or oversee the 2-step TB test, monitor patients for tuberculosis symptoms, and ensure timely follow-up care for those with positive results. You'll also ensure caregivers complete TB screenings for a safe environment. Patient and Family Education: Provide essential information and guidance on treatment options, health management, and preventative care to patients and their families. Care Coordination: Work collaboratively with physicians and healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care strategies. Monitoring and Observation: Observe and assess patient conditions, identify health status changes, and report findings to the medical team promptly. Daily Living Assistance: Aid patients with daily activities as needed, prioritizing their comfort and safety. Basic Computer Proficiency: Utilize computer systems to document patient information, update care plans, and access medical records efficiently. Familiarity with healthcare software and data entry is required.
