South Sioux City Marriott Riverfront is currently seeking an individual to fill our Full-Time Housekeeping position. A housekeeper will keep crisp, pressed linens, perfectly placed pillows, a sparkling mirror, and will to watch every detail, adding up to an experience our guests will not forget. Job Summary: Manages the operation of the housekeeping and laundry departments to ensure orderly and attractive conditions in the hotel. Promotes an atmosphere of cleanliness and superior customer care for hotel guests.Responsibilities Clean rooms, or other hotel areas as assignedReplace Guest amenities and supplies in roomsStrip linens from guest roomsVacuum, sweep, dust, and clean rooms to hotel standardsReplenish the rooms with supplies, towels, etc.Take the initiative to greet guests in a friendly and warm mannerQualificationsPrevious housekeeping experience preferredAttention to detailPrevious customer service experienceAvailable to work nights, weekends, and holidays as neededPhysical Requirements:Ability to stand, sit, walk, climb, bend, crouch/stoop, twist and reach for extended periods of time.
