We are an integral part of our hospital community and a valued strategic partner, maintaining great relationships with hospital leadership and other physician groups.Our team actively participates in committees and leadership roles to support quality and process improvement.Outside of work, we come together for social events to celebrate special occasions and share interests such as food and sports.Qualifications:Master's or Doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia from an accredited program.Board certification as a CRNA.Active license or ability to become licensed in California.A commitment to continuous improvement, patient safety, and excellence in anesthesia care.Ability to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.Authorized to work in the United States.Flexible Scheduling:Flexible scheduling is available.PRN shifts are Monday - Friday and consist of 10-hrs & 12-hrs (potential to include 14-hrs).Key Responsibilities:Independently provide high-quality, comprehensive care to medical and surgical patients in a hospital environment, servicing a variety of surgical procedures in the Main OR.Manage all aspects of anesthesia delivery, including induction, maintenance, emergence, and post-anesthesia care.Monitor patient responses and adjust anesthetic plans as clinically indicated.Collaborate with surgeons, nursing staff, and perioperative teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Living and Working in Murrieta:Murrieta, CA is known for its beautiful weather and is one of the most family-friendly cities in CA.
