The ideal candidate must be a local professional with strong experience in home health and OASIS documentation, capable of managing a high patient volume efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans Complete accurate and timely OASIS documentation Manage a high patient volume of 5–6 visits per day Maintain detailed and compliant patient records Educate patients and families on treatment plans Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams Ensure adherence to healthcare standards and protocols Requirements: Active New Jersey RN License ( required ) Must be a local candidate for North Princeton area Minimum 2 years of Home Health experience Mandatory experience with OASIS documentation Experience in a high-volume home health setting Strong organizational and communication skills Schedule: Includes 1 weekend every 4 weeks (rotation required) Work Environment: Field-based role covering the North Princeton, NJ area Fast-paced, documentation-heavy environment TB_RN ZRHC Talent Burst Job ID 26-07449.
