Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant to fill an opening Windsor/ Enfield, Connecticut.Daily Responsibilities for Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant: Conduct comprehensive assessments Effectively manage acute and chronic medical and behavioral conditions Ensure accurate and complete documentation, including ICD 10 conditions Monday to Friday 8-5pm Required Qualifications for Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant: Active and unrestricted license in Connecticut as an NP or PA NP: Graduate of an accredited Master of Science Nursing or Doctor of Nursing Practice program NP/ PA Board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners or the American Nurses Credentialing Center Current, active DEA licensure/prescriptive authority Preferred Qualifications for Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant: 1+ year of clinical experience in practice (long-term care setting preferred) Experience in meeting the medical needs of patients with complex behavioral, social and/or functional needs Understanding of Geriatrics and Chronic Illness Benefits for Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant: Health Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Access to Investment Accounts Career and educational tools within our Ingenovis ACT (advocacy) Program Pay Details: $80- $85/ HourInterested in Being Considered?
