Join our team as a Warehouse Loader! This physically demanding role is essential for ensuring accurate order fulfillment for both bulk and route trucks. You'll work with an electronic order system or order sheets to skillfully build pallets using a forklift or electronic pallet jack. Your core responsibilities will include: Efficiently loading and unloading products while maintaining strict adherence to accuracy. Building pallets of merchandise for outgoing trucks and unloading incoming shipments. Ensuring the proper stacking and shrink-wrapping of products to maintain pallet stability. Operating equipment safely in varying weather conditions. Managing returned products and pallets. This position requires: Consistent lifting and moving of cases weighing between 20 to 45 pounds. Regular standing, walking, bending, twisting, and reaching throughout your work shift. A commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety in the workplace. Key Responsibilities Include: Driving power pallet jacks or forklifts to build loads according to provided sheets. Marking load tickets for any out-of-stock items. Wrapping and staging pallets before loading into trucks. Ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately before loading. Participating in the organization and proper housekeeping of the work area. Demonstrating regular and reliable attendance. Qualifications: Must be 18 years or older. Preferred Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse setting (product selection, staging, etc.). Forklift operation skills (maneuvering, loading, unloading). Knowledge of racking systems and pallet handling. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
