Adecco is currently hiring for a Professional Assembler in Mebane, NC! We are looking for a highly skilled individual to perform complex assembly and wiring tasks in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Location: Mebane, NC Assignment Type: Temp to Hire Job Summary Under general supervision, the Assembler performs a variety of complex tasks requiring thorough knowledge of assembly techniques, tools, and materials. This role involves working from engineering drawings, rough sketches, and manuals to ensure products and systems are built to precise specifications. Primary Responsibilities Assembly & Wiring: Perform basic and complex assembly, wiring, and erection of products and systems. Technical Interpretation: Read and interpret engineering configuration drawings and wiring diagrams. Operational Execution: Devise and utilize nonstandard procedures to resolve complex assembly challenges. Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to ensure production commitments and deadlines are met. Quality Compliance: Perform all duties in a manner compliant with prevailing quality procedures and safety policies. Leadership Support: May assign and check the work of lower-level personnel to ensure accuracy. Flexibility: Adapt to nonstandard schedules or off-site locations as required by management. Qualifications & Requirements Education: Bachelor's Degree is required. Experience: 2-5 years of related experience in assembly or a specialized combination of education and demonstrated accomplishments. Technical Skills: Proven ability to read and interpret complex engineering and wiring drawings. Problem Solving: Capability to follow standard practices while resolving both basic and complex technical problems. Attention to Detail: High degree of accuracy required; errors may result in rework or lost production time. Working Conditions This role may involve exposure to varying environmental conditions depending on project location.
